How long are shipping times?
Where is my order?
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, we'll send you another email with the tracking number— you can see the status of your order on track your order section on our website.
In rare cases, a tracking number may not be available. If this happens, don't panic! Just get in touch with us at email@example.com and we'll get back to you in less than 24 hours.
Where are you based? Where do you ship from?
We're so glad you're interested in our products! We want all of our customers to feel confident when they buy from us. That's why we want to make sure that you know exactly what you'll be paying and what you'll get before committing to anything.
Our office is based in Nenagh Co Tipperary. Our products are shipped from different locations in Poland and Northern Ireland depending on the products and availability.
Are there any additional costs?
You DO NOT need to pay any additional taxes or duties on top of the price you see on our site. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden charges and custom duties.
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.
You are protected when:
The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
The item you received was not as described.
What's your return policy?
We have a 30 day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, flat packed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know immediately. Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled. This does not effect your 30 day guarantee which means you can still return the item within 30 days of receipt.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll do our best to fix the issue.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem.
